Dr. Emily Wheeler has worked as a substance abuse counselor and supervisor for six years. After completion of her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University, she started her career in mental health and addiction services in Bradford County. Since 2016, Dr. Emily Wheeler has been a certified addiction counselor and supervisor, taking a brief break to complete her Ph.D.

Abby graduated from Mansfield University in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Minor in History. Born and raised in Tioga County, Abby is passionate about providing support for the residents within her community. Abby's knowledge in psychology brings added value to the team.

Haley graduated from Alfred University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a minor in criminal justice. She graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with a master's degree in criminal justice administration and homeland security. Upon completion of her master's, she worked for various agencies and departments throughout Tioga County. Her extensive knowledge and background make her a valuable addition to the team. 

Dr. Rebecca Parks is a substance use counselor and manager at Meadowlark Counseling Services. She also serves as an Associate Professor at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania: Mansfield, specializing in undergraduate early childhood and elementary education. With a Ph.D. in Education, Rebecca boasts over a decade of practitioner experience with individuals spanning ages from Preschool to Adult.  Her extensive career, spanning over two decades, encompasses teaching at both elementary and college levels while also holding key roles in educational consulting, notably as the Director of Consulting and Operations at Teaching Today’s Teachers. Rebecca's diverse background in business management further enhances her contributions to Meadowlark Counseling Services.

Bella graduated from Mansfield University in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. Before completing her degree, Bella interned at Sam Inc. and worked in their ACE Adventure Program.  Bella's psychology knowledge makes her a great addition to MCS.
